Best Seafood Buffet

We will be in LV very soon.....Need to know what Seafood Buffet is the Best - Price no option -
Which one if any serves lobster tail and presplit crab legs?

Although I've never eaten there before, I think Bally's Sterling Brunch is the best option for what you are looking for.

Rio Seafood Buffet would be my choice.

Had Rio seafood buffet many years ago and it was pretty good. We went again last year (on a comp) and it was bad.
Had we paid, we would have been very disappointed. As it was, it felt like a wasted meal. With so many good food choices in Vegas, this is no longer on the list.

I agree with Russ, if price is no object, the Sterling is fantastic. I think it's about $85 now, Sunday brunch only. They take reservations, so the wait is never awful like the other better buffets. Free-flowing Perrier-Jouet champagne, excellent service. It's not a seafood buffet, but they generally have caviar (American paddlefish sturgeon), some sushi, plenty of very good cold smoked seafood, lobster tails. Don't remember king crab, not sure. You may want to check Bally's website, they used to have the menu posted.

Agreed, when it comes to buffet-quality seafood, Bally's brunch has no competition.
However, if brunch doesn't fit into your schedule, you may have to consider RIO's seafood spread. Other Vegas buffets have seafood nites, but RIO is only one doing it on a daily basis.
Personally, I would rather do the Wynn or Bellagio than the RIO. There are sufficient choices at both places and its better quality than RIO.

Agree completely, the better buffets are pricey but very good quality. I think I'd pick Bellagio over Wynn, especially if you want to emphasize seafood.
