I agree with Russ, if price is no object, the Sterling is fantastic. I think it's about $85 now, Sunday brunch only. They take reservations, so the wait is never awful like the other better buffets. Free-flowing Perrier-Jouet champagne, excellent service. It's not a seafood buffet, but they generally have caviar (American paddlefish sturgeon), some sushi, plenty of very good cold smoked seafood, lobster tails. Don't remember king crab, not sure. You may want to check Bally's website, they used to have the menu posted.
