Best Steakhouse In Vegas?

I would like to know what you think is the best Vegas Hotel steakhouse. I am not looking for the best deal in Vegas, just the best steak that you have had. This will be for a special occasion so I am willing to spend a few dollars for a great dinner. Also what cut of steak do you think is the best. Thanks for any info!
Jon from Atlanta, GA.
Emeril Lagasse's Delmonico Steak House. N.Y.Strip Steak or Prime Rib.
In my opinion CUT at Palazzo is the BEST!
2. Prime at Bellagio
3.Craftsteak at MGM
No love for Charlie Palmer's on this board??

I've been to Kokomo's at the Mirage, the Range at Harrah's, and T.J's at the Hilton. I liked all of them. Cut is a matter of preference. Ribeye is my favorite.
I have been to the Range, Craftsteak, Hugo's Cellar, Gallagher's, The Flame, The Golden Steer, The Steakhouse (in Circus-squared), Binion's Steakhouse, Michael's, and Vic and Anthony's, to name what I can remember. Not all are steakhouses per se, but all serve a pretty good steak. I would vote for Binion's Steakhouse. I am a ribeye kind of guy. Now, for steak tartare I could eat that all day long at Craftsteak, and not have another thing. Just my 2 cents. I would eat at all of them, again, with no problem.
I don't go to steak houses in Las Vegas very often, but my sister does frequently while on business. She said her steak at Cut, was not only the best steak she has had in Las Vegas, but the best anywhere.
I really love a good steak so I always try two new steak restaurants on every trip. I have been to Delmonicos, Cut, Strip Steak at Mandalay Bay ,Smith & Wollensky, Ruth Chris, Capitol Grille,N9NE, Hugo's Cellar and Mortons, Del Frisco's, Austins at Texas Station, Cortez Room at The Gold Coast. My favorites are a tie between Cut, N9NE and Mortons. Austin's was a real surprise. Great rib eye total bill much lower than the strip.
Austin's was really good, and reasonably priced and even better with the POV coupon.
Charlie Palmers at 4 Seasons or Delmonico IF someone else is paying.

I'm happy w/ chicken fried steak if I am paying
