Best Weeknight Buffet w/MRB?

Just curious what folks would say is the best weeknight buffet while utilizing this year's MRB--realize there'll be different opinions. We've tried Mirage previously, and read not so positive reviews of Planet Ho and Rio on this board. Crab legs would be nice, but I don't know if anyone in MRB has them on a weeknight.

I think Wed night is the seafood buffet at the Palms.

I believe the price is $20 per person - use the MRB coupon,and it becomes a 2 for 1.

PH does have split crab legs, shrimp, and sushi at their Dinner buffet. I like their buffet,but YMMV.
