We were in town 10/10 to 10/14, stopped at both places to take advantage of their rebate promo. Winner by a huge margin was 4 Queens.
Binions service was lackluster at best. Cooks eating at tables in the dining room, employees wheeling large trash barrels through dining room. Food mediocre and disappointing. Even the hot dog station was so-so because you could tell a lot of the items had sat and been reused for several days.
Four Queens service was right on top of things (and was tipped accordingly). Brought us a new course of food with each quarter. Food was fresh, hot and very good. Beer was even better (including the root beer)
Only real issue with 4Q is handicapped access is through the restaurant next door and entails making three tables of other patrons get up and move their chairs to get a wheelchair by. Then the doorway barely allows a wheelchair through and you have another two tables of guests to inconvenience before you can get to a table. and then the bathroom is downstairs ... and you go through it all again
