I had an early arrival into Vegas and I decided that I would try the Bootlegger Bistro for breakfast. My plan was to get the rental car, grab breakfast, and then head over the to the outlet mall.
I have visited the Bootlegger Bistro before, but only for dinner. The food and atmosphere is very good and I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Italian food.
When I arrived at about 10:00 a.m., the only seating which was open was around the bar area. I asked the waitress what she recommended. She quickly responded with the "breakfast pizza" but made the old way. As the title says, it is a pizza which has scrambled eggs, mozzarella cheese, ham and onions placed on a thin buttered crust. It measures about 10" wide.
It was simply incredible! I am not sure what the newer version of the breakfast pizza was, but I think she said that the way the eggs were prepared was slightly different.
While their menu is rather limited, it all looks very good. Great place and good value!!!!
