Brazilian Buffet

I've read about some "Brazilian Buffets" in Las Vegas where the appetizers are served buffet style and then various meats are sliced and served right at your table. The meats are continously served until you flip a card on your table telling them to stop. This sounds like something different to try on our trip in June.
Any suggestions or recomendations?
Texas de Brazil in Town Square is one that I have dined in a number of years ago. Very good.

I have also dined in Yoli's and the Samba (Mirage)...but they were average at best.

Also there is Fogo de Chao on East Flamingo, near Tuscany, but on the other side of the street. Have not eaten there, yet.

There are some others around town, I believe one is in the Miracle Mile at Planet Hollywood.

They are called "Churrascarias". Hint - lay off the salad bar stuff and pig out on the meat, even though its a way above average salad bar at Texas de Brazil.

Enjoy!!
I ate at the one at Miracle Mile, with a reservation from TixForDinner - it cost somewhere between $25 and $30. The meat was good, but certainly not great. I did enjoy the variety.

I thought the quality of the salad bar was good as well, and I wanted to eat salad so that I didn't completely gorge on meat (I'm a big boy who doesn't need to get any bigger).

I would not pay full-price for it. For the same money or maybe a few bucks more, I could eat at Morton's, McCormick & Schmick, Hugo's Cellar, or any number of other restaurants where I could get a much higher quality piece of meat/seafood.
my wife and i are going to try "Pampas Brazilian Grill" (not sure how good it is) on our next trip in june. i got a discount coupon for this place off of restaurant.com

I had considered the one in Miracle Mile, but when I looked at the menu, I decided "NO" even with a coupon. I have eaten at Fogo de Chao in Kansas City a couple of times and it was great. Check on the menus and prices, then decide.
It is a very heavy meal for a hot Summer day in Vegas. I don't want to walk around with a belly full of red meat when its 100 degrees out. Those places are better suited for the colder months IMO.
I've ate at both and prefer Fogo.
The Fogo was up here in Minneapolis and the other
one was that Brazilian place at PH in Vegas.
