Breakfast ??

Thinking about the wife and I trying out the Hash House at IP but looking at their menu I don't see any omelette's which are my wife's favorite. Am I missing something ?? Thanks for any help...
I don't understand why so many people like the Hash House. We have eaten at the one in San Diego and at the IP. Wouldn't go back even if it was free.
Not sure if you have a car or not, but for my 2 cents the best "non-buffet" breakfast places in Vegas are "The Egg and I" (Sahara) and Eggworks (two locations). They have Blueberry Cashew Pancakes and Banana Nut muffins and loafs that are incredible.

We tried the Hash House at IP last trip.
It was OK, not great.
I may try it once more, not sure I can drag the husband back in.
It is a nice clean place, music fairly loud but tolerable, staff very friendly.

The menu is huge with a lot of mumbo jumbo descriptions of the dishes, like you saw.
Hard to tell what you will get.
I asked the server to recommend something for first timers.
She recommended the "chicken bene", meaning Chicken Benedict.

This was a giant layered dish involving hash browns, some version of toast, scrambled eggs, ham topped with 2 or 3 big pieces of fried chicken. Way too much food, just OK except for the eggs which very tasty.

I wished I had just ordered scrambled eggs, because they were good and the best tasting part of the thing.

I saw a dish that was waffles topped with fried chicken being served a lot.

If you go, just order an omelet or whatever. Don't try to order from the menu.

Although I can't eat at these places, I know that I have seen coupons in some of the Freebie LV magazines (I think "Vegas Values Coupon Book" and maybe "24/7 Vegas" or "LV2Go") having 2 For 1 coupons for entrees at "The Egg And I" and I think for Eggworks as well, so check this out if you want to eat there and save some $ as well!

Hash House a Go Go My Favorite Breakfast is The Hare O' the Dog From the Indiana Farm Favorite Section of the Menu. hit up one of the original pancake houses.
awesome omelets and some of the best breakfasts in the city.
I'll second the Egg Works and Egg & I suggestion. We go every trip using the coupons in the L V Entertainment Book. Another breakfast gem that is in the Entertainment Book is Omelet House. We usually come out for 7 or 8 days, and I think you can't go wrong by renting a car and getting coupons from the many sources that are out there and "discovering" these places that are off the beaten path.
I will third the Egg and I and the Egg Works comments and add the Cracked Egg (we go to the one on South Rainbow near the Sunset intersection.) to the list. We have no such breakfast places in Indy (only Bob Evans, IHOP, Cracker Barrel, etc.) and I would sure like to open one. We discovered the Egg and I many years ago and added the Egg Works later. In addition to great breakfast selections at a reasonable price the Cracked Egg has gluten free pancakes and since my wife has celiac disease she likes to sample the pancakes every trip. I have a yellow Egg and I coffee cup that I drink my coffee out of at work. When drinking the coffee I dream of our next Vegas Trip (truthfully).
Original Pancake House(the one on Decatur is best), The Maple Tree, The Egg and I. Omelet House has the best banana bread.
