Tried the Broken Yolk, quick walk from Fremont and good food in solid portions. Solid choice.
If you have a car, I would also suggest The Blue Skillet. It's a family joint with a couple of locations. We go to the one in the strip mall at the SW corner of Nellis and Bonanza. It's a friendly place with great food, large portions and verty reasonable prices.
