Breakfast Buffet Advice?

i really like both the MGM and the Planet Hollywood Breakfast Buffet. Both have the basics done right (eggs, waffles, salmon) and while the MGM Buffet has nice hot choices (excellent Roast Beef), the Planet Hollywood also does fresh crepes. Knock yourself out!
Not sure if you have a car, but we enjoy Red Rock. Good value/quality ratio in our opinion! Plus you have the Station deal right now, as well as a 2fer at your disposal.

For a little more $$$, we do like Paris, although maybe a LITTLE less than before. Made to order crepes is the key play.

Last visit, service was poor (a generous observation). We have had much better in the past, so not sure if this was part of a trend or just an "off" moment in time. Still good, though.
Personally, I don't find HUGE differences between the various places for a breakfast buffet. Lunch and dinner - YES. So, I am always satisfied at the cheaper places.
Personally, I generally eat at the cheaper breakfast places. It is good to get the smoked salmon wherever it is available, but I generally try to not eat things that I eat regularly at home. Since I can whip up an omelet or some fried eggs in less than 5 minutes at home, I don't eat them at buffets. I am always amazed/astounded/befuddled when I see someone at a higher end buffet eating scrambled eggs and a bowl of cold cereal. My wife likes grits and we don't make those at home, so even though they are common, she gets her fill in LV, and not at home. If you want pancakes or waffles, any coffee shop will do a better job than the priciest buffet, unless you are standing there when they come out of the waffle iron.

To each his own!!!

I second Aria. Felt is was a major upgrade from Paris where we had been going for a while now. Try the macaroons. Not really a breakfast food, but fabulous.
I agree with Colbert. I think Fremont actually has one of the best buffets around, and it's hard to beat the price. Very good selection and it also does have an omelet station. There is a B1G1 coupon in the Fremont Street Experience coupon book too which is free to get.
My favorite Breakfast Buffet is Harrah's.

Love their Chicken Fried Chicken Breasts and the Turkey Sausage.
I think, (which starts the problem) that Paris and PH have a $10 coupon which can be used by 2 folks for the buffet. $20 discount total for two. IN the new LVA book.
For breakfast this should bring these down to around $5.00 each! For that price they are excellent buffet choices!
