Buffet gone at Boulder Station

I do hope other Station properties do not follow.  Construction was going on in what used to be the buffet.

Were they constructing or demolishing?  Maybe its just a revamp

Don't know, but we asked an employee who was guarding the place.  I wish you were right, and after we got home I called Station corporate, but they could not give me a definitive answer if they were going to open any again.   It was like losing an old friends. 

Damn. I hate seeing buffets gone for good. They're a great option for a solo traveler.

Update on Boulder Station Buffet.  We were having lunch today at Guadalajara and our waiter said they are turning the buffet into a food court.  So disappointing.

I am glad I went to Boulder when it was good. I doubt I will ever go back now that the buffet is gone. South point buffet is good. Open, and reasonably priced.  I go to south point now at least once a week    Hope silverton and sams town reopen their buffets so I can have sone different experiences
