Once again, during our annual guys trip of 16, we enjoyed dinner at Carson Kitchen. For those who have not eaten at this Fremont East Entertainment district restaurant, it's a 1/3 mile walk from the middle of the Fremont canopy.
The place is a small plate joint, so if that's not your thing, steer clear. If you like that sort of thing, this place is outstanding and reasonably priced. We all had plenty of great food to eat, had a couple of drinks each, and the bill including tax and tip came out to $60 per person.
