You don't hear too much about it, but I love the Bellini brunch at Silverton. It my be Sat. & Sun. or just Sun. There is also a BOGO in the MRB. Last time I went it was $14.99 pre-coupon. The room is lovely and there is a good selection of breakfast items plus regular buffet fare. Omelet station, sushi, chocolate covered strawberries and peeled shrimp also make an appearance. You do not have to have the bellinis--champagne with fresh fruit puree--you can have it solo.
I haven't received my MRB yet, but check the coupon. You used to have to take the book to the players' club to get the coupon stamped. The line there was always longer than at the buffet. LOL
