I ate at the Green Valley Ranch buffet last week (7/24/13) and noticed some changes:
1. You can no longer buy a buffet at the lunch price and stay through to the dinner buffet. Lunch ($8.99) now stops at 3:00 and dinner begins at 4:00. They stop selling lunch at around 2:30, and don't reopen until 4:00. Previously, the buffet ran continuously. Now, if you enter the buffet for lunch, you must leave around 3:30 or pay the difference for the dinner price ($13.99 Sunday through Thursday; $24.99 Friday & Saturday). You will be told to leave if you don't pay the difference.
2. Wine no longer comes with the buffet. They charge $2.00 a glass extra for wine.
I didn't see any difference in the selection or quality of the food from my previous experiences.
