Chef's Table

Hi Everyone. I'm planning a trip to LV next month, and was wondering how one is able to get the chef's table at any of the nice restaurants there? Ever since a co-worker of mine mentioned his chef's table experience, I've always wanted to try it at least once.

We did the chef's table at Demonico a couple of years back. Best meal ever. I just called them and reserved it. Had to put up a credit card deposit.

Also be aware that many chefs' tables require a minimum number of participants, usually 4. Be sure to ask!
