It's not in Chinatown.(close) But... Ping Pang Pong can't be beat. IMHO
I've never had a bad meal in that part of town. Without knowing your particular preferences, I can't make a specific recommendation.

Have to agree. PPP is great!
PPP is good, yes, but there are dozens of nearby Chinese restaurants that are better. I do like PPP because there's a lot of stuff on their menu that isn't normally offered to foreign devils.
There's a place called Joyful House on Spring Mountain that's open late, and there are about a dozen other excellent Chinese restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Also...I've eaten at the noodle place on the other side of the casino from PPP and really enjoyed it.
Have to agree with my fellow LVA members. Ping Pang Pong at Gold Coast is great. Big fan of the dumplings. But your right, there are other restraunts to venture out to check out. I'll have to check out Joyful House as well.
