I'm now seeing in the Las Vegas Weekly magazine that I picked up on my recent early November visit that (although I don't know if this is for November 2014 only or if it is a permanent offer) they (PT's Gold-Pub-Ranch, Sierra Gold as well as Sean Patrick's Pub And Grill) have 50% Off Daily Specials Breakfast Entrees from 6AM-10AM as well as 50% Off All Alcoholic Drinks And Pizzas from 12 Midnight To 2AM as well as from 5PM-7PM.

You do have to see the Bar Host for details on thls and you must be at least 21 for this.

No worries about it being just a November special, they've had that in place for at least 6 or 7 years. Had quite a few pizzas there after work.
