TIM HO WAN - the palms
Chang's 4670 S Decateur, just north of Tropicana. I tried this place based on yelp reviews a few years ago and I go almost every trip now. Great food and very reasonable prices. They have weekday special prices but I love going on the weekend. Go early to avoid the wait.
The Dim Sum at Ping Pang Pong is wonderful but too expensive. :(
