Dining advice needed from Westie

Hello Westie.

You seem like the most knowledgeable source on Vegas dining that I see on this site, and I'm in need of your advice.  Labor Day weekend a dozen of us guys (all about 60 years of age) will be in Vegas.  Please recommend a couple of center strip dinner locations.............think Caesars, Mirage, Harrah's, Venetian.  I don't want a buffet, and would really like to keep it under $75 per person excluding drinks/wine.  Some don't care about the money and some do.

Advice please!

If you want good Italian (IMHO), try Martorano's in Paris.

Hi Boilerman - I hate to disappoint you, but I always have a car so I seldom dine on the Strip.  Hopefully someone else can give you some suggestions.

One option that comes to mind is Charlie Palmer's cut of the week which for $58 includes unlimited wine pairings plus 3 courses.

Another option is Emeril's New Orleans Fish House's 3-course dinner for $50.  For an additonal $20 you can get wine pairings.

Thanks to all for the help!
