I miss the cafe's at Harrah's and The Cromwell (Back when it was Bill's / Barbary Coast). It was nice to sit down and enjoy french toast, pancakes or a belgian waffle. :-(
Now everything seems to be grab and go, unless Denny's is your thing.

They're not as prevelant on the strip as before...but there's still plenty good, bargain cafes downtown and off strip.
The three places behind Flamingo (Ellis Island, Tuscany, Silver Sevens) all have good cafes with daily specials and graveyard deals. I dont know what the status of the Stations properties' Grand Cafes are...but those were always good too. Cannery, AZ Charlies, pretty much all of the legacy properties on Fremont St....those have good ones too.
There isn't going to be much choice for a (decently priced) cafe breakfast on the Strip, but if you have transportation, most of the nearby locals' casinos still have great coffee shop breakfast deals.
Caesars pretty much lost us when they closed the Augustus Cafe, a cozy place with excellent food any time of day and friendly staff. The replacement...a snooty daytime bar with lousy service. Now it is...uh, what is it now? They lost us.
