Easter Brunch suggestions?

My husband & I are arriving around noon on Easter Sunday. I would lke a nice brunch, but am worried that everywhere will be super crowded. I would love to use a coupon (LVA or ACG) but realize holidays are usually blacked out so figure that's probably out.

So, if I have to pay full price, I want the best bang for the buck. Any suggestions? I am leaning toward Cosmopolitan Wicked Spoon or M Resort. FYI, we are staying at South Point.

Thanks.
We are doing our once per year splurge at Bally's Sterling Brunch. They do take reservations, but it is expensive.

Generally speaking, I have found that if you arrive at the buffet twoard the end of the brunch, let's say 1:30 or 2, the lines aren't as bad. At least it was this way at Bellagio.

We had an excellent Easter brunch one year at the Verandah in the Four Seasons at Mandalay Bay. THat was a number of years ago and I don't know if they still have it or what the price is/was.

I do remember excellent food and service.
I don't know if you play slots, but if you got to the M and earned 600pts you could eat free. Or two of you play on one card if that was too much play. I'm sure they will have a big line. You could take turns in line and play while you wait. The 600 is on reels, video poker is alot more.
