It's like they dine on a different planet than myself.
I chuckle that they think the food truck craze is over. It may be. But it may not.
I was in LA a few days ago. I had to walk a few blocks. It was noon and in one spot, the food trucks were lined up. One dozen of them. But my suspicion is that some of the food trucks are now roach-coaches with fancy paint and a theme. On the other hand, I watch a young chef walk to work at a food truck. He had his chef pants and jacket on. He looked serious. And was showing up to cook in a truck.
The big difference is that with the internet, word of mouth can really matter.
