Four Queens Magnolia's Raises Prices

Prices at Magnolia's at the Four Queens have gone up. For example, the Create Your Own Omelette was $9.99 and is now $11.49. The Southwest Veggie Skillet was $10.49 and is now $11.99.

I'm not complaining because these new prices are still good value compared to many other cafes.

These increases happened sometime between 7/5 (the last time I ate there) and today 7/13. Their website still has the old prices: https://www.fourqueens.com/pdf/magnolia_limited_menu.pdf

 The Veggie Skillet is excellent.

I happen to have had that the last time I was there (February). I agree--excellent. I pretty much have never had a bad meal at Magnolia's.

Since 4Q is one of the last strongholds of good video poker downtown, and since 2/3 of player's club benefits there come in the form of comps, I've ofteen found myself with enough earned comps after a few hours of VP to get a nice meal.

It's a pity prices went up, but at least they haven't messed with their excellent slot club bennies. This month, the $10 cashback for $800 coin-in is a great play.

The new prices at Magnolia's are now on their website: https://www.fourqueens.com/pdf/magnolia_menu.pdf

The current funbook expires end of December, so unless the 2023 version comes out earlier than Jan 1, there won't be any changes.

The 4Q is pretty much the only remaining worthwhile place to stay and play downtown, with the possible exception of the Plaza and (sorta) the El Corpse.

Playing 9/6 JOB with 1% cash back and comps is a painless way to get future room and free play offers. I've given them about $5K coin-in/day and I get a couple of free nights and $40 free play every two months. I also get 30% off regular room rates.

I go every time in Vegas Hope the 2for 1 deals still in 2022
