Garduno's at the Palms to close

We eat at Garduno's 3-4 times a month. We were there yesterday and our regular waitress who has been with the Palms and Garduno's since the property opened told us that the staff was informed that the restaurant would be closing shortly to make way for another venue. They were not given a specific date, but it looks like it will be within the next six months.

We have always loved Garduno's (great house margarita) and have developed a relationship with our regular server. It's a shame for the staff who have dedicated so much time to the property, but the new owners seem to want to change direction.

I'm sure you all have had one of those restaurants that you frequent which is like a second home. To us it is (was) Garduno's at the Palms and Terra Rosa at Red Rock.

It was a tradition to play our Megabucks free spins, play off our free play and then Lunch at Garduno's. Oh well, so much for tradition.

Oh that's sad, we always stop at Garduno's at Palms for lunch our first day in LV. Love their shrimp cocktails with a house margarita.
I assume this means the Blue Agave Oyster and Chile Bar, which shared the same locale, will also close? Sigh.
Bummer loved Blue Agave and Garduno's!

Just like OP, we use our $40 weekly food credit at Garduno's every week. Food was good & consistent and we too appreciated our regular servers and hostess.

Sad to hear.... hope it is open for at least the 6 months.

The margarita brunch was always a favorite but it seemed to go downhill the last few years.
Isn't there another Garduno's in town - one of the Fiesta properties?
Glad to hear it's not closing immediately. Hoping to go there soon. We also love their margaritas and salsa bar.
My favorite breakfast/brunch (their Sunday brunch). Cheese enchiladas, carnitas, and chocolate & caramel waffles. Makes me want to hop on a plane today to be there Sunday morning.

I am hoping they will be open at least until the end of June. I still need to use my Palms LVA coupon!

Probably some new young punk food manager who feels the need to mark his territory.

I hate it when they do that.
Still miss the Augustus Cafe at Caesars. Don't care for the replacement.
