We eat there all the time and I just think that it's a shame. Employees lose all seniority at closing and start from scratch (if there is another position open). Ordinarily they could "bump" a server at another Palm's restaurant with less seniority but not in this case. A lot of those people have been there since Garduno's and the Palm's opened. I was told of a bartender who has been there since opening who will lose his job although a new Sports Bar is opening that I'm sure will need bartenders. I'm am sure that the employees would not be treated this way if George Maloof was still in charge and not the corporate suits.
