My daughter and I had lunch at Giada's last December. The hostess wanted to seat us by the window, but my daughter did not want to sit in the bright sunshine, so we requested other seating. The hostess looked a little miffed at our request, but sat us away from the windows. The food was average, and that is being a little generous with my evaluation. My daughter ordered off of the breakfast menu and I had a sandwich, salad and a glass of sangria. The waiter brought us our food; put a large plate of pasta in front of me and then walked quickly away. I had to get up and chase him down to tell him about the error. He seemed to be a little annoyed about the situation. My daughter had to ask for jam for her toast....the wait service was pretty lax. Considering the quality and flavor of the food vs the price of the meal ($100) and the level of service from our waiter, I won't be dining there anytime soon. Probably the biggest dining disappointment that I have had in Vegas.
