Gluten free

My boss and his wife are going to Vegas for he first time in a few weeks. His wife has gluten allergies. I told her to pull up the dining section her on LVA and there was a list of restaurants that have gluten free menus. I'm not sure how current it is. I sea the old threads and the most recent one I saw was from 2014. Can anyone recommend any restaurants?

I did find many restaurants now note GF items. If she lets her server know, they are usually very helpful.
I am gluten sensitive so I just stick to things that are obviously do not have gluten, but I don't worry much about a sauce or dressing, as someone with celiac would have to do.

Thanks. I noticed when we were there last month every restaurant we ate at asked if we had any food allergies. I do see a lot of menus that denote GF but not that many had separate menus.
