Before our trip to Vegas 2 weeks ago I called Carve as I had a gift card of Boyds I wanted to use.
Was told I couldn't use as they still hadn't converted to Boyds system. I guess I'll never know.
Samstown couldn't have picked two worse resturants to replace Billy Bobs then the steakhouse
and the big mess. Not the right mix for the area.

Totally agree.Hopefully they will admit their mistake and bring back Billy Bob's.
Ate at at The Big Mess once. Place was not busy. Had a order of brisket nachos that were very good. Hate to see the place go.
