We're going to GRSteak in a couple of weeks and want to have an immersion experience. I had eaten there with my sister and we were seated upstairs I guess do to Diamond status. It was ok, but felt distanced from the the rest of the restaurant.

Has anyone eaten in the downstairs areas, and what did you like or dislike(the experiene, not the food)? We will have a guest with us who is 300# so a table works better than a booth(do they have booths at GRSteak?)
I prefer not to sit at the bar.
