They sing gospel songs while you are eating. The audience is encouraged to stand up and sing/clap along. Understand you are paying primarily for the entertainment. The food isn't terrible, but its definitely not worth the price of admission on its own merit.
My opinion: there are better shows and better brunches for your money. Two mediocre components don't add up to one quality event. But I've heard other people say they really enjoyed the brunch based upon the music. So I guess it really depends how much you like gospel music.
