That offer has been around for a long time. Their former "mascot" John Alleman used to take advantage of that almost every day.
He died at age 53 of a heart attack.
Fun restaurant, food is really mediocre. Given that, and the location (Neonopolis is generally the kiss of death for any business), I'm surprised that they've lasted this long.
