Is the Rio Seafood buffet worth the $10 upcharge for the Buffet of Buffets?

I just received a Total Rewards credit card with a coupon for two free Buffet of Buffets (sweet deal on the credit card by the way: no annual fee). We will be in LV next week and want to keep expenses low. So...I've heard the seafood buffet has gone down hill and I wonder if it is worth the $10 upcharge, or are we just as well off at Paris, with no upcharge? We do plan to do the upcharge for Caesar's.Thanks in advance!
