Is there a limit on how much bubbly is served?

Ok, this is now firmly planted on my "let's try" list.

It would be interesting to see how the overall experience compares to Sterling. It would be great to hear from any others who might have tried this to learn of their experience.

I agree that the food at the Fountains Brunch at Jasmine has terrific food and great ambiance, BUT I would like to alert those of you who seem interested in the champagne options.

Be aware and read the fine print. Yes they are very attentive and generous but Watchout! If you order say the $35/bottle option and there are two people at your table who drink it you will be charged $70 total. The value only kicks in if the two of you can drink considerably more than two bottles.

Found this out the hard way last year for my birthday. My partner really doesn't drink alot but it was a special occasion. I drank about a bottle and a half and he drank about 1/2. I was feeling no pain until the bill came and we realized it was $70 total for the champagne. We then re-read the menu and realized you have to parse the fine print. I guess I was too excited to notice. We still had a great time but a little disappointed. FYI. Dan

Dan 1, I was thinking the same thing, that most people probably go with the $19 option.

Wife and I had Brunch at Jasmine May 15, best brunch we had had bar none! however, we are going to have to try the Stirling Brunch next
so that we have something to fairly compare it too.

Based on your posts, i'll be trying this brunch during my august trip. even though i'm travelling alone, from the website it sounds like i'll need to make a reservation. those who have done the brunch: am i correct about the reservation?

I would make a reservation. This way you'll be seated at a time that works for you.

A good idea. Any idea how far ahead they take reservations? I'm looking at the August 7th brunch.

[later] I just called and made the reservation for the brunch. They accept reservations FOUR months ahead of time, and the very helpful woman I spoke to recommended making the reservation, even though I will be a single diner. She said they fill up quickly.
