The Kobe beef fraud

I have had the real thing, many years ago in Japan and it is indeed very good. But I have also had some Amercian beef cuts that were amazing. Just be nice if we could standardize on certain terms.

Nice catch Ken and good one next time considering if that ultra expensive "US Kobe beef" is worth the price the restaurant is pushing!

Wow, now I'm upset. If it isn't beef, pork, chicken, or turkey, I don't knowingly eat other meats. No deer, elk, pheasant, or quail for me.

Quite a few years ago I supposedly had "Kobe" beef at the Bellagio buffet. It was very good, now I know I was misled.

Three words, don't care about the breed(s): Maui Cattle Company.

I wonder how many of those that have purchased the porkfat enhanced beef avoid pork for religious reasons. Hmmmm - could be some lawsuits brewing.
