Le Burger Brasserie

This has been one of our go to's every trip for several years. Service is sometimes spotty but the food consistently good. Only snafu I can recall is one night we went, they had run out of iced tea. When you're from Texas, that can be a problem.

A few weeks ago we went to dinner and found a new menu. I guess with all the new celebrity burger joints, LBB felt they needed to keep up. They've changed their burgers, fries and onion rings. Oh and now they have spicy ketchup, which our server couldn't tell us what was in it. I was not impressed with any aspect of my meal, burger seemed to have a weird texture to it, fries had some additional seasoning, and then the weird ketchup. Thank goodness they did have Heinz on the table. Personally I was really disappointed, now we have to find a new burger joint.

Has anyone else been since the changes? Curios for other opinions and suggestions. We've been to BurGR and it was ok, but really weird ketchup. When we used to stay @ Mandalay we always went to the Burger Bar but we don't seem to get to that end of the strip so much anymore.
That is disappointing. Every trip to Vegas we go to the Le Burger Brasserie to watch sports on TV and eat a burger. We would have no problem with running out of iced tea as beer is always the call. We liked the burgers there so massive changes would probably not be a good thing for us.
We went in April. Food was changed, and they forgot to put our order in. Didn't like changed menu. Manager came over apologized, and gave us a free dessert to share. Wasn't impressed.
We just ate there last week and we weren't impressed either. Their menu used to be so good, I don't know why they changed it. It seems now, you get less and pay more. The burgers came out on a big plate with nothing but the burger on it. If you want lettuce and tomato you have to order it. Our waitress said they have had many complaints about the changes.
