M Buffet and BOGO Coupon?

Can someone tell me if we can use our mailer coupons for the BOGO buffet and pay for the “buy one” buffet with points. ? I realized after our last trip just how close we would have been to free buffets if we would have played before we got in line for the buffet , instead of eating first and then playing.

Yes, you can use the earned points option for your second buffet, we've done it a few times already. I use my free coupon and have wife earned points for freebie, and then next day do the reverse! Plan to do it again next week when we stay there. Great promo.

My husband has a free buffet with a line pass from his M mailer. I didn't give M enough coin-in on our only visit there to even get a mailer, so I'll either be doing the earn points thing or we'll just pay for mine.

My question is - what about the line pass? Is it just for him or can I tag along? I understand if we have to be in the regular line, but I just wanted to check.

Yes, you can tag along with your hubby in the VIP line even if paying with points. His line pass is good gor all in your party. Last year I had a party of 4 with my line pass and there wasn't any problem at all. And we had two of the people doing the points to get the free buffet to boot. No questions asked.
