Need fancy restaurant suggestion for group of 20 year olds...

....who want to act like they have more money than they do. Basically my brother is going to Vegas with a party of 20 guys and girls in their thirties and wants a suggestion for, as he puts it, a BALLER restaurant where they can go and spend lots of money on food and drink. I think the last time this group went they chose CUT as their restaurant of choice. Any suggestions in that vein?
oops, I meant for my title to say, a group of 20 30-35 year olds, but since I can't edit my title I guess it looks like I'm asking for a restaurant for underaged kids.
Little more info would be helpful. Where are they staying? Do they have a car/s or transportation or willking to spring for cabs or limo? What kind of food do they like? When you say "lots of money" everyone has their own definition, what sort of price range are we talking about?
Love Craftsteak at MGM! The food is fantastic. The sides are a la carte but big portions so they can order a certain amount and share.

Well, that's about it right there.
We love Mastro's at Crystals. Great seafood and steak. Service is top notch.
There is the new Gordon Ramsey Steak opening at Paris this week.

They are staying at various places, all on the strip. I think they are staying at Venetian, Palazzo, Cosmo, Aria, Mirage, Harrah's, and Flamingo. Fun. My brother told me today they are really looking for a good steakhouse recommendation. I suggested N9NE but they don't want to cab it to the Palms. Craftsteak is a good suggestion. We're from Chicago and have a Mastro's here (which I've been to and it was fabulous) so I'm not sure if that's what they're looking for, but I'll toss that out as an option.

I think they're thinking about $150-$200 per person... but that's including alcohol.
Craftsteak an excellent choice as is Delmonico in Venetian. Havent dined there yet but Carnevino in Palazzo is getting rave reviews.
If they want to head south, Charlie Palmer Steak. I like the vibe at Delmonico.

BTW, what is a "BALLER restaurant"?
