Need suggestions for cheap breakfasts near Bally's or Harrah's

We're staying at the Rio, but husband wants his $2.99 breakfast specials. Is there any places really close to either Bally's or Harrah's? He has some walking issues now so I'm thinking of places he can get to easily from the CET shuttles to Bally's and Harrah's from the Rio.

At Rio where else is breakfast available other than Hash House a go go? I'm not a fan of this chain.

We do have a car with us, so Ellis Island is a possibility. I would prefer not to go downtown this trip.
I know this suggestion is a long way from your target area, but, since you have a car, I would suggest Emily's Cafe at Club Fortune Casino in Henderson. The special is 2 eggs, hash browns, Bacon or sausage, and toast for $1.49. Plus their coffee is $1.49 total $2.98+ tax (your target price). This special is always a 3 time breakfast visit for us during our two week Vegas visits.
We have always enjoyed Ellis Island for breakfast, but even though it is reasonable, you won't see $2.99. Their vanilla French toast is good.

We also do the BBQ at least once. Ribs or chicken only and VERY reasonable compared to others.

I think if you check Station Casino various properties with there own coffee shops, they have some very inexpensive late nite specials including breakfast specials. I think they start from $1.99 midnite to 6am. All there locations with there Grand Café including Palace Station.

We are going to hit the Sun Coast Breakfast this time. We leave for Vegas on Wednesday. They have the best cheap breakfast according to the recent poll that was taken. With the players card it comes down to $7.99. This month they are featuring it at $6.99 with the card. And if you have the LVA book, there is a coupon for buy one get one. It is supposed to be fabulous! We also rent a car, so location is not a problem What a deal for $3.50 each.
Next door to RIO you can go to Gold Coast. They have good, cheap breakfast specials. If he's an early riser you can get the graveyard specials there for dirt cheap.
All great suggestions, he's leaning towards Gold Coast right now. Anyone know what coin-in amount is to earn 200 points a day for "free" breakfast with the LVA book coupon?
Coin in for 200 points at Gold Coast should be $200. If you're 50+ and earn 50 points on Wednesday, swipe your card and you'll get a free breakfast--I do that each time and am planning on doing so again in 2 weeks.
Kouponking that's good to know. 2 of our group of 3 are over 50 and although we are leaving Wednesday it can be after breakfast. Unless we've landed a generous machine to earn the 200 points, I think I'll pay the $5.99(B-connected price) for the breakfast buffet

Does Gold Coast have any single 0 roulette machines? That worked great for earning points at Wynn I believe a few years back to earn points for their buffet. Didn't we bet red & black at the same time until we earned the points needed for the buffet?

When we stay at Bally's, we make it a point to eat breakfast at Ellis Island. Ask to be seated in Katie's section. She provides outstanding customer service.
