I'm now seeing in the Today's News for 11/9/2015 that there is a new Huevos Rancheros eating challenge at Serendipity 3 at Caesars Palace. Maybe Westie could be into this!

LOL I do love huevos rancheros, but one serving is more than enough.
I also have now noticed for Westie that on Page 5 of the February 2016 LVA, mention is made of the Huevos Rancheros at the S&O Restaurant at Downtown Grand for $9.95.
