New "Heat Seekers" TV Show On Food Network From Las Vegas

Hi Group,

I just (about 40 minutes ago) ran across (while Channel surfing) a new episode of the show "Heat Seekers" on the Food Network which was in Las Vegas. It's repeating tonight (Monday night 1/23/2012) at 3AM Eastern and Pacific Time.

The information that I'm seeing says the following: "The guys head to Las Vegas for a taste of Sin City's spiciest Sushi Rolls. Also sampled: A Mexican Chicken dish called 'Cry Today, Cry Tomorrow'; and Jalapeno-Potato Twists."

I watched 2/3 of the show (missed the sushi part), those guys are nuts. Don't know how they deal with that much pain.

Too much seems to me it doesnt matter what it is on/in, all you can taste/feel is the peppers. That having been said I understand that some folks are relatively immune to the effects or the effects greatly toned down. So perhaps in their case a good thing.

Yes, these guys really seem to be thrill seekers and masochists the way they subject themselves to that kind of pain and discomfort!

But I will always do what I can to let you people know if I come across anything Las Vegas related on TV.
