We've always enjoyed their prime rib and were discouraged when they went from serving it every night to only Saturday night. Last week we went early on Saturday night and were surprised that there was almost no one in line; unfortunately, we soon found out why -- they no longer have prime rib any night of the week. Does anyone know if Green Valley Ranch still does prime rib on Saturday nights?
