Non buffet breakfast at a nice restaurant.

Any suggestions of a restaurant where we cab have a nice quiet sit down breakfast ? Thinking about the Red Rock's Grand Cafe.
I think that Huntridge Soda Fountain (which is on Charleston Blvd. at Maryland Parkway and is participating in Restaurant.com) has nice Breakfast fare (but meat is basically not involved since this is a Dairy/Vegetarian place). And it is pretty quiet there.

Even Max Jacobson reviewed the place in Vegas Seven Magazine!

Our favorite place is "Cracked Egg". I believe there are 3 of them in various locations.
You may want to try the Peppermill on the strip, big portions, unique atmosphere, does get busy later AM.

My favorite places for breakfast, in this order:

1. Eat (stand-alone downtown on Carson Street, one block from El Cortez).
2. Mon Ami Gabi (Paris)
3. Society Cafe (Encore)
4. The Henry (Cosmo)
If you enjoy people watching, Mon Ami Gabi is great for breakfast. We enjoy watching 'the walk of shame' parade on Saturday or Sunday mornings. Always entertaining. Oh, and breakfast is really good!
Bouchon
DB Brasserie
Omelet House Summerlin if you want a true locals place and can drive; ain't nuthin' like the first two.
Original Pancake House, Stacks and Yolks, Eggs and I, Rise and Shine.
Blueberry Hill - several locations around town. Love their breakfasts!

I'll second that. Nice, old-school atmosphere too. There's one on Flamingo Road about a half mile past Silver Sevens (Terribles). Sometimes its nice to have breakfast without the ringing of slot machines in the background.

I'm also a big fan of Marilyn's at the Tuscany. They have a pretty good steak and eggs special....and the room is very quiet and pleasant.
