Palms Buffet

What,s the Palms buffet like. We are buffet people but never realised they had a buffet there
Very average - maybe a little better than Gold Coast accross the street.

We tried the Palms buffet once, and thought it was below average.
I like the Palms buffet. They have some Mediterranean dishes that you don't usually see at buffets. It's definitely worth a try.

It's solid, small selection compared to the big boys, but what they have is normally pretty good. It's in a nice modern bright room. Prices are good as well $8/$12/$20
On our last trip (Feb) we noticed many changes. Perhaps one of the few changes new management at the Palms has made that is for the better. Now offers more choices (& better IMO) with much nicer presentation.
We enjoyed the Palms Buffet for breakfast twice during our last stay. Obviously it can't be that bad if we went back, but that was mainly because of how reasonably priced it is for your standard breakfast buffet. Combine your player's card and a coupon if you've got it and it's a great deal. Slightly above average is a good summary. Rio is better if you're staying on that side of town.

I agree...plenty of seafood for lunch choices.

The Palms buffet is pretty average, much like the Gold Coast, as was mentioned in another post. However, with a Palms club players card, it is very inexpensive. Something along the lines of $6.99 for breakfast (maybe cheaper), about $8.99 for lunch, etc.

I ate at their buffet just a few weeks ago.

We ate there for lunch last year -- beer was included in the price of the buffet. The food was more exotic than most buffets, and I liked it, but my husband, who is a meat and potatoes guy, did not.
