Paris Buffet

How bad is it? Have read nothing positive. Still am tempted with the $10 LVA coupon. If it is so bad, why are the lines always so long?
The first time we ate at the Paris Buffet we were amazed at how wonderful it was. The last time we ate there (about a year ago) we could find nothing edible to eat. A major disappointment at a very high price. I don't know if it has gotten any better since then.

I agree with Ihfried. The first few times I went it was great. I didn't even mind the 45 min. wait. Then the last time we went they had raised the price and the line was longer. The food had gotten worse. I don't know how much they want now but if the price is reasonable and you have the $10.00 off I guess it's not that bad. I would suggest M Resort buffet and Spice Market Buffet. The Le Brassier Burger at the Paris is real good and with the 2 for 1 you can't beat it. Just remember it's from 2-5 and they don't make exceptions.
Could it be the Harrah's touch???????

go for breakfast and you will be fine. With the coupie it is only about $4.. Really hard to fuck up eggs, bacon and sausage.
that is what we did on our last trip and it was fine.

Still had some pretty long lines for lunch and dinner, we just had no desire to eat either of those meals there.
I love this buffet. I think it has a very nice ambiance and a nice variety of choices. (I'm not a big meat eater, so I tend to get more excited about the cheeses and veggie dishes.) We went in August with the buffet of buffets pass and waited about an hour (at 3 pm) before we could get in. This January we went for breakfast with the $10 off MRB coupon, and the lines were not bad at all for breakfast.
Since you have a coupon, it is worth a try if the line is not too long.
The reason I am not a fan of this buffet is small, but for me, significant: It has neither french bread nor real butter. How can a French restaurant not have these things?
We tried it again last week when we were in Vegas since we had the MRB 10.00 off coupon. We are Diamond so the line wasn't an issue. We had not been to this buffet for several years since the last time we ate there we were not at all impressed. Using the coupon for breakfast it was I think 12.95 total for 2 of us. It was as I remembered it not great. It is very small and limited choices and what we did have wasn't anything to write home about. That being said if you have the 10.00 off coupon and don't have great expectations I would say try it for your self. Without the coupon I don't think I would ever go back since there are so many other places that are sooooo much better.
