Paris or PH buffet

I would definitely choose PH over Paris for a buffet, but I HATE the parking situation there!! We valet at the hotel/casino area and quite often run into a "valet full" sign. Even if it's not full, they take forever to retrieve your car on exiting. I think, for us, that's the longest wait consistently we've had at valet in Vegas

Sprat, just wanted to say that your dogs are so beautiful! Are they collies? I have two chocolate lab sisters, and a pic of two happy dogs gets my attention every time. (Sorry, I know this is off topic!)
