Peppermill

Any word if the Peppermill will go back to 24 hour dining? Their website doesn't appear to be updated.

I suspect that they will do so pretty soon, as a late-night meal at the Pepp after a long session of bankroll-burning has been a long-standing Vegas tradition. It's a major part of the appeal of the place.

They (and practically every other restaurant in the country) might have to flirt with the blasphemous idea of paying their employees a living wage. So far, that idea has met with stiff resistance, with the preferred stance being to call all those people who don't want to rush back to wash dishes for $8.35 an hour lazy bums.
