The Peppermill

The Peppermill is old Vegas at it's best. It is located across from the old Stardust hotel, next to Riviera. The portions are huge, the prices fair, and the atmosphere great. It is a 24/7 cafe and lounge, frequented by lots of local show people late at night. My personal recommendations are French toast or omelets for breakfast. Be aware these omelets are TEN EGG size. The nachos are stacked a foot high. The fruit platter can easily feed four people. Overall, great place with great food and great staff. I never visit Vegas without a trip to The Peppermill. ENJOY!
I agree. The portions are absolutely humungous. I also like the lounge with the fire in the middle of the pond. The lounge has a very retro feel to it with a modern twist. You'd almost expect Austin Powers to walk through the place. If you have never been, I would recommend trying it out.
I am in total agreement. In addition to the food which on each Vega$ trip is always a standard and consistant, the bartender in the firepit lounge is a gem. Has worked there for decades and the stories he can relate of "old Vega$" are priceless. We usually just go in for drinks and listem to his look back on the city. A number of performers go there as well as the Pawn star guys for breakfast both before and now since the t.v. notariety.
