Flamingo has needed a restaurant face lift for a while.Ive stayed there a lot.Post Covid and before it has gone downhill.Long ago eliminated coffee shop,Then after Covid buffet closed.Bottom line I welcome new dining experiences. Yet I agree may not be right for Flamingo. I really miss a good old fashioned coffee shop.When I stay there the closest for breakfast is Harrahs basement not so great.Then also Harrahs Hash a go go if you like waiting hours to get in.I forgot the Carlos n Charles.
