Where on the Strip or Downtown is the best prime rib. Staying at Caesars and will be going downtown for one evening. Will not have a car. Going in July. Since I have discount coupon for Binions is that a good choice?
Think that would be a decent choice especially with the coupon. Think about staying d/t a while after dinner, take in the sights and have a few drinks. Can be a good experience.
