Can't wait for my trip in 8 days! Have seen a number of places that do "happy hour" or have "small plates" specials. This includes, but is not limited to Gardunos at the Palms, Johnny Smalls at the Hard Rock, and the Red Square at Mandalay Bay. Any comments on any of these "deals" would be appreciated, as would any other "ideas" for places to drink and dine on small plates. Thanks!!
