First time visiting the rainbow casino a few weeks ago. The cafe was great. Clean and friendly service, with a good menu. I had the Steak and eggs and all was very good. Don't forget about the 2 for 1 coupon

I concur. They're like a clone of the Peppermill, with pretty much identical decors, but with much lower prices, and the same good casino-coffee-shop food.
A big bonus now is that since Emerald Island ate it, they've put in a lot of very good low-denom VP machines--comparable to what's at the EI. So now you have two excellent places to eat and play VP (the Emerald Island's restaurant is the best value in Vegas).
